Perhaps you are experiencing a time when things that once made sense are becoming uncertain. Tension, anxiety or recurring relationship conflicts may be emerging. Psychotherapy can offer a space to gradually untangle these experiences and better understand what is happening in your life.
In my work, I draw on depth-oriented psychotherapy. We do not focus only on current difficulties, but also on their broader context and experiences that influence your experience and relationships.

I have experience working in mental health, in addiction treatment facilities, and have also worked as a school psychotherapist. I work with people in acute crisis as well as those who want to deeply understand their difficulties and work on themselves long-term.
Currently, alongside my therapeutic practice, I contribute to setting standards for psychological and addiction care in health facilities under the Ministry of Justice. I work with individuals, couples and families (LGBT+ friendly). If you are unsure whether therapy is right for you, our first meeting can serve to clarify expectations and collaboration options.

In therapy, I primarily use conversation, which allows us to gradually understand your experience and the context of life's difficulties. Together we talk about what you are experiencing, and gradually we notice themes that repeat or evoke strong emotions. Sometimes we look back to the past, sometimes we look for ways to better manage current situations. We adapt the pace and direction of work to what is important for you at any given time.
After filling in the online booking form we will arrange the first meeting. At the first session we sign a psychotherapy agreement and set the frequency of sessions.
